This is the SIX MONTH subscription for the Sales Surgery, a sales strategy and coaching service with Ben Timberley to help you change your selling mindset, and upgrade your whole approach.

When you subscribe to the Sales Surgery, you will receive the following:

ONBOARDING:

A two-hour online session where we get you set up in the workflows required to succeed in sales, and we programme your workbook. It’s not just any workbook – we’ve designed it to help you analyse your target prospects, your pitch and much more. You’ll receive an initial training hit of the ENERGISE sales process we suggest, as well as practices that you can implement to improve your sales game immediately.

MONTHLY REVIEWS:

Every month, you’ll get TWO hours with Ben your ‘sales surgeon’ to examine why you succeeded in some sales, and why you didn’t in others. We’ll look at the psychology involved, the value proposition and how it fits with the prospects, and we’ll look at the pitch tactics you deployed. The principle of ‘A/B Testing’ is then applied to examine your critical path to sales success. Every month, we’ll role play sales pitches using the ENERGISE process, to improve your comfort and experience with this most excellent of tactics.

FOCUS GROUP:

When you subscribe, you’ll be invited to join our focus group on LinkedIn where you can discuss the sales strategy you’re using, and get feedback from real-world business people often undergoing the same process. Exchanging ideas on what works, and what doesn’t, as well as comparing notes on business models and value propositions will help you improve every aspect of your sales operation.

MONTHLY SEMINARS:

Every month, we’ll be providing a subject-specific ‘deep dive’ webinar for you to really get your overall business learning moving. These will be interactive sessions, but dominated by short and punchy presentations, along with expert interviews. Every session will be followed by a Q&A where you can ask Ben and his fellow experts about the burning questions you have. These sessions will be free to Sales Surgery members, and open to members of the public for a fee.

  • No more than one review session can be used every 30 days.
  • Your Sales Surgery Workbook document will be created for you during your onboarding session.
  • This service is NOT contractually bound. Which means you can cancel it at ANY time, as long as you provide notice of 30 days for cancellation.
